We are seeking a sales professional to contribute to the achievement of extraordinary sales goals. The successful candidate will have demonstrated "hunting" skills in finding and managing new leads, developing relationships, and closing new business.

As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for finding new leads through a variety of tactics including cold calling and networking; consistently updating lead data in our CRM database; engaging prospects to discover, define and document their pressing business needs; working internally with technical resources to put together solutions and proposals; then presenting the appropriate IT solutions to help businesses address their needs, ultimately closing new business.

We are seeking a highly professional individual that is passionate about developing business relationships and helping organizations grow and prosper through implementing new IT solutions, and one that has demonstrated experience and comfort in strong prospecting via cold calling, attending local networking events, and developing relationships in the local business community.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably solution-based selling.
  • Commitment to effective management of the sales process.
  • A basic understanding of computer networks and business technology.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of IT Managed Services with understanding of competitive offerings, product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Specific experience selling outsourced solutions to commercial customers is preferred but not required.
  • Deliver professional proposals.
  • Effectively builds and manages a pipeline of opportunities
  • Book of Business Contacts preferred but not required.
  • Highly professional approach with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Communicate strong value propositions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a high energy level.
  • Self-starter with motivation to constantly improve and meet long and short term goals.
  • Must be process and results driven.
  • Achieve sales objectives through sales of Managed Services primarily to new customers.
  • Competent with operational requirements such as prospecting, forecasting and business planning.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, capabilities and contribution to the company's success, and is negotiated individually. This is a full time EXEMPT position.
